Scope
This notice covers the public website at abacommandcenter.com and demo applications submitted through it. The public website and its database are separate from the private ABA Command Center product and from CentralReach.
Information collected
When you apply for a demo, we collect the organization and contact information you provide, organization size ranges, CentralReach usage, operational priorities, desired timeline, consent acknowledgments, and limited campaign or referral information such as landing page, referrer domain, and UTM parameters.
We also use a one-way hash derived from network information for abuse prevention and rate limiting. The form is not intended for protected health information, patient information, clinical records, or other sensitive case details.
How information is used
We use application data to review fit, respond to requests, coordinate a demo, prevent abuse, understand aggregate website conversion, and maintain the reliability and security of the public site.
Disclosure and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, database, email, security, and infrastructure providers that support the public site. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable requirements.
Retention and choices

Cookies and measurement
The initial website does not add advertising cookies. Campaign, landing-page, and referrer information submitted with a demo application supports basic source and conversion measurement.
Security
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the public-site data and keep demo applications separate from private product data.
